Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive a service confirmation email within minutes of your request. Following that, our dispatch team will send a confirmation email including the scheduled service date.  If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our dispatch team at [email protected].

Our goal is to accommodate the preferred pick-up date specified on the request form. If that date is unavailable, we typically provide service within 24 hours of the request. 

You have the option to receive an email confirmation either when our truck is in route to your facility or after the load has been picked up.

Yes, we can accommodate less-than-truckload quantities and pick up in-plant equipment using either a van trailer or a straight truck equipped with a lift gate. For more details about the in-plant equipment we offer, please visit our in-plant equipment page.
