We take several factors into consideration when determining a price, including scrap market conditions, material type(s), volume(s), frequency, and freight cost.

Industry standard is net-30, however each program is tailored to customer needs.
We will work with your team to ensure a seamless onboarding process. All hands will be on deck.  Our Dispatch and Equipment Managers will visit your facility prior to the transition date to guarantee we provide the appropriate equipment and understand your service needs. A BL Duke team member will be onsite to oversee the full transition, and a follow-up meeting with your sales representative will include an overview of our customer portal, options for scheduling service and the sharing of key contacts. We will support your team every step of the way!
